Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person\'s needs.
What you will bring to the role
Recognised tertiary qualification in psychology or occupational therapy, with current registration with AHPRA, or social work and eligibility for membership of AASW.
Demonstrated skills to apply professional knowledge and skills in a complex child and youth mental health setting, including evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Demonstrated knowledge of family systems and ability to work therapeutically with families to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
Demonstrated understanding of childhood trauma, child protection and domestic and other violence as they relate to child and youth mental health.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to utilise a range of information systems.
Demonstrated skills in evidence-based practice, quality improvement and capacity to participate in research projects to evaluate and develop practice.
NSW Driver\'s License Class C (including P1 or above) and willingness to use same for work purposes
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
