You will be an expert at using statistical forecasting software, fine tuning using your commercial acumen and adding intelligence to the forecast through your business partnering skills.
The forecasts that you develop will integrate with the Supply Plan and Business Unit/ Divisional plans.
Your Responsibilities:Using demand-modelling techniques, statistical analysis and liaison with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to develop sales forecastsDevelop aggregate demand forecasts and supporting assumptions on a monthly basis for use in the Demand Review and Sales & Operations Planning MeetingsEstablish, maintain, and utilize forecasting tools and processes for developing the demand planManage key KPIs to measure the accuracy/bias in demand forecasts to drive improvementBe the day-to day point of contact for supply planning, including the master production scheduler, to manage change and balance supply/demand to achieve optimal balance of customer service levels and supply chain efficiencyDrive the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned Business UnitsProduct Life Cycle Management based on Business StrategiesBy nature, you will have:Excellent interpersonal and presentation skillsA curious attitudeForecasting, sales, marketing or finance backgroundExposure or understanding of supply chain functionsCan see the 'big picture' while paying attention to detailConfidence to run meetings with sales and marketing teams to understand their sales forecasts, whilst bringing in your analytical skillsAbility to work well within a team and collaborate across different divisionsBe driven by continuous improvementAdvanced Excel spreadsheet skillsBe comfortable and skilled at learning new ERP systemsHow To applyClick APPLY to submit your application.The preferred applicant will be subject to employment screening by Ecolab or by their external third-party provider.Get Social with UsEcolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services.
