For over 100 years, we have supported the trade with top-quality products and expert advice, championing the vital work plumbers do every day.About the roleAs part of the Trade Counter team in Maribyrnong, you will assist plumbers and tradespeople in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects, along with other tasks to keep the branch operational.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicleProviding customer service and product informationProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesMaintaining the tidiness and safety of the branchWe'd love to hear from you if you:Have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers in person and over the phoneCan pick orders, maintain shop displays, and ensure information accuracyAre proficient with computers and willing to learn new systemsHold a clean, valid driver's license and are open to working various shifts, including weekendsAre interested in developing your career, either locally, within our network, or at head officeOur perks and benefits include:Performance-based bonusesPaid annual leaveContinuous learning and development programsGenerous discounts on bathroom and kitchen renovationsReece Boost program offering cashback and discounts on groceries, fuel, insurance, travel, and morePaid parental leaveWhat happens next?
