We are looking for energetic Team Members who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the Christmas season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.To our Team Members, we are known for creating an enjoyable and supportive working environment, and to our customers we are renowned for providing quality jewellery, watches and friendly service.If you've got a passion for all things bold, bright, and full of bling, and you know how to bring great energy and standout service - we'd love to have you on our team this Christmas
We are looking forteam players that:Can provide fantastic customer service experiences for our customers.Are results oriented and love selling.Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment.Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.What you will be doing:Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.Why you should work with us:Adults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $33.31 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.Generous staff discounts across our wide range of products.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic performance-based family culture.Ongoing opportunities may be available for proven candidates.Love jewellery, good vibes, and great style?
