Overview
Overnight Vet Nurse - Greencross Vet Centre
Location: Norwood, South Australia
Role type: Part Time or Full Time Veterinary Nurse - After Hours (Night Shift). Casual Veterinary Nurses will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Overnight nursing of hospitalised in-patients and emergency cases
Provide high-level nursing care and support for hospitalised patients and incoming emergencies
Work autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive team
Assist with after-hours coverage and annual/sick leave rotations as required
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
Qualified and experienced veterinary nurse with ability to work in a specialist centre or emergency department environment is highly valued
Requirements & Preferences
Above award wage and overnight penalties
Penalty rates apply for overtime and after-hours work
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Strong multi-tasking, high-level nursing skills, and ability to work independently
