Specsavers Lutwyche opened in November 2022 and due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an optical assistant/dispenser to join our team.

We pride ourselves on our culture and people by providing a fun and supportive working environment for our staff.

**Our Optical Assistants/Dispensers play a vital role in our stores, and will be responsible for**:

- Providing a high-level customer service on the retail floor, and assisting with frames selection
- Providing in-depth product information and dispensing spectacles
- Managing our busy diary of customer appointments
- Adjusting and fitting customers frames - ensuring our product exceeds their expectations
- Ensuring merchandising standards are met, including general cleanliness of the store

**As Optical Assistant/Dispenser, you will possess the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service/retail role or similar
- A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
