Hampers With Bite started up over 18 years ago as two brothers packing boxes in their living room, with their dad doing all of the deliveries. Now we're a $30m+ company and in our peak week at Christmas time are sending out over 100,000 gifts.

We are looking for Customer Service and Sales Agents to join us for the busy Christmas period. At Hampers With Bite, we work by the motto 'work hard, play hard'. With regular Friday drinks, ping-pong tournaments, and a Christmas Party to rival the best - we like to think of ourselves as a pretty fun place to work. There's tunes playing and you'll be working with a young, social team. We're looking for somebody who can tick the following boxes:

- Have at least 1 year experience in a fast-paced Customer Service/Sales environment - retail and hospo backgrounds welcome
- Computer literate
- Positive and upbeat

Day to day tasks include:

- Helping our B2B clients through the whole ordering process from the first contact until the hampers are delivered. This would include sending a full quote with all costs involved and possibly creating custom hampers with appropriate branding to hit the clients requirements.
- Liaising with warehouse departments, external suppliers and couriers to ensure a good experience for the client.
- Dealing with customer complaints when hampers may be delayed or damaged.

Customer service or Sales experience would be a bonus but not necessary, being the right person who is willing to learn, put the work in and be an all round good person is more important.

We are based in Fitzroy, Melbourne, and this is an in-office role. Monday-Friday (no weekends) It's initially until the end of year/into January, but for the right person we are more than happy to make them permanent.
