About the role*

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to provide product ownership to a fast-growing new cloud SaaS offer delivering seamless governance to customers leveraging Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint Online. You will own the product backlog and be the face of the product with our front office teams and customers, working with the Development Manager and software engineers to enable the teams to own and deliver product releases.

You will form part of the development leadership for the Content Solutions team, sitting alongside peer Product Managers and Development Managers with exposure to the broader software suite within the Content Solutions line of business.

Responsibilities*

Work with SMEs, internal stakeholders, and customers as appropriate to ensure the features in each release are delivering the right customer value and outcomes
- Facilitate in backlog grooming activities for features in the product roadmap
- Work closely with the UX Design team to ensure the right user experience for the features in development
- Assist the team with story elaboration and provide guidance on acceptance criteria
- Participate in team demos and retrospectives
- Production and delivery of systeM/Feature level demos to the team and other stakeholders
- Drive release goals in collaboration with Development Managers
- Keep engaged with customers through visits, tele-conferences, and correspondence
- Participate and contribute to portfolio backlog prioritisation and strategic roadmap activities

What you'll need to excel*

*
Minimum 7 years either developing commercial enterprise software or deploying and integrating commercial enterprise software
- Minimum 2 years working in an Agile product owner or equivalent role managing and delivering commercial enterprise software
- Experience with Microsoft collaboration offers such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams
- Experience with Government agencies and highly regulated industries
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with tools such as Jira or equivalent to work with development teams
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Tertiary qualification in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent
