**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Services Coordinator to join our team at 140 William St, Melbourne. As the face of our building, you'll create exceptional experiences for tenants and visitors.
**An overview of the role**:

- Manage front-of-house operations, greeting and assisting tenants and visitors
- Oversee conference rooms and end-of-trip facilities
- Coordinate tenant engagement initiatives and community events
- Curate and host engaging activities aligned with customer experience strategy
- Handle administrative tasks and support general building operations

**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:

- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or event management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva skills a plus
- First Aid and Fire Warden training (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate in Hospitality/Events/Business preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, proactive approach
