Our Rescue & Fire Fighting (RFF) services currently extend from stations in WA, SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD. Due to the evolving nature of this contract, we are currently employing a Watchroom Operator in our Fire and Rescue operations at Bandiana. This role can be a career as a Watch Room operator within the Emergency Services and Defence Industry or the first step into a career as a Firefighter.
Responsibilities
Maintain operational readiness according to Ventia's policies and guidelines.
Respond to fire incidents and support communications with the Incident Controller.
Assist the Fire Station OIC with administrative duties related to operations.
Participate in training and development plans.

Highly Desirable
Previous experience in a communications room.
Other Requirements
Eligible for a Defence Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1; Australian Citizenship required.
Part of a long-term defence contract.
