Senior Software Engineering Specialist
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Specialist to improve the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) on code. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, including strong expertise in building full-stack applications and deploying scalable, production-grade software using modern languages and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to enhance LLM performance across multiple projects
Identify and address edge cases and ambiguities in model behavior
Review and compare model-generated code responses for quality and correctness
Evaluate code diffs for efficiency and style
Provide clear rationales explaining ranking decisions
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to drive innovation and excellence in software development. They will possess a deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review assessment, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
