**About this opportunity**:
Our Winston Glades store in Yamanto is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and assist leading the store's bakery department.

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be given the training necessary to manage a team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes + much more

**Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate**:

- Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- A flair for merchandising
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
