**The Role**
- Able to undertake general repairs and maintenance as well as planned preventative maintenance throughout the school and surrounding grounds
- Overseeing all activities across the school grounds and buildings, ensuring Occupational Health and Safety standards are met
- Identify and report service faults, book trades and supervise contractors
- Cleaning of external areas including pathways, bin area and common areas
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Adhere to Downer Zero Harm Standards and practices
- Some administrative duties will be required
- **You'll be required to travel across multiple locations (Hammond Park SC, Costal Lakes College, Baldivis Gardens PS, Woodland Grove PS), you will be reimbursed for travel km's**:

- Must be available Monday to Friday for shifts between 6am-6pm (7.6 hours per day), for a rotating roster

**About You**
- Experience in trade services & general handyman skills necessary
- A good communicator who can follow instructions and is willing to learn
- Intermediate computer skills for administrative duties required
- Safety focused with a high level of attention to detail
- Supervise a fast yet efficient service and is responsive to the demands and needs of our customers
- Have resilience, a 'can-do' attitude and be adaptable
- Good level of fitness and physical ability as the role involves activities including manual handling and lifting, bending and using heavy equipment.
- Must have full work rights in Australia
