We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our clients' Grocery Sales and Marketing Team. This role is key in providing financial support and assistance through continued development and maintenance of a robust financial control and reporting environment. Responsibilities include:

- Providing on-going business partnering and financial support to the Grocery Sales team specifically related to the management of trade spend and analysis on sales by customer and product.
- Providing on-going business partnering and financial support to the Category and Marketing Teams more specifically around NPD and brand reporting
- Supporting NPD through the development of robust financials
- Reviewing, monitoring, and reconciling A&P expenses and provisions
- Assisting with year-end Audit queries
- Investigating trade spend variances
- Providing financial information and ad hoc reports that add value to the business.
- Driving continuous process improvement in all areas
- Minimum 5 years' experience FMCG, supporting the Grocery channel
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience working and interacting with stakeholders across the business, with the ability to challenge and influence
- Exposure to the NPD Process including preparation of P&Ls would be an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling
- Strong emotional intelligence to support People Management part of this role
- Proactiveness and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding & experience in driving profitable and commercial outcomes brand, product/channel/customer mix
