Diplomatik is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our West Australian team you will be working for a Leading OEM in lifting equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the service operations in West Australia and reporting to the general manager of the north/west regions.

The Role would commence immediately and would include a Vehicle to help carry out your duties.

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Manage the service department budget and ensure that expenses are kept within budgeted levels.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of service technicians to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality service to our customers.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Carry out and manage workshop administration duties including but not limited to processing of sales/ purchase orders, invoicing, and branch reporting requirements.
- End of service/repair quality checks
- Assist with other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical Trade certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role
