**Job Description**:
As our new Workshop Store person, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and stock control of our workshop. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our workshop runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all parts and components are readily available for our team of skilled engineers and fabricators.

**What you will be doing**:

- Receive, inspect, and process all incoming goods and materials for use in manufacturing and fabrication.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with production teams to ensure that all materials and components are available for use in the workshop.
- Assist in the preparation of the workshop for stock takes at a minimum of monthly intervals.
- Ensure that the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, tidy and organized.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant WHS policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing and fabrication environment.
- Experience in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Strong computer literacy skills
