**About the role**:
Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for your next opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities? We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society. You will be experienced in manual handling and demonstrate a commitment to Aruma's BRAVE values.

Positions are to support our customers within our Home and Living services with Part Time opportunities available. Our Home and Living Services require staff to be able to work across all shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night Shift through the week and weekends. Staff will require reasonable availability to be able to work rotating rosters across 7 days and all shift times. This new service will require you to be available to work sleepover shifts.

**About You**:

- Relevant certification if/when required.
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- Certification or qualifications in disability support, aged care, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
