The RoleAdbri is seeking a strategic and results-driven National Stock Control Manager to lead best practice in stock, raw material, and consumables management.
This role is pivotal in ensuring business targets are met while fostering continuous improvement, safety leadership, and commercial focus.This role is in Stapylton, Qld and you will be required to travel monthlyResponsibilitiesLead inventory system coordination and optimisation, including stock rationalisation and complianceDrive safety culture through HSE policy implementation and environmental initiativesMaintain high product and service standards while building strong stakeholder relationshipsMonitor inventory trends, manage made-to-order processes, and align team resourcesBuild a high-performance team and lead innovation in inventory and supply chain strategyWhat you will need to succeedProcess Engineering degree viewed favourablyMinimum two years' experience in concrete products, construction materials, quarry, or heavy manufacturing industriesStrong commercial understandingSAP experience preferredProven leadership with a focus on safety, improvement, and collaborationBenefits of working with usBe part of a values-driven organisation committed to safety, sustainability, and innovationWork in a collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth and developmentContribute to impactful projects across a leading Australian construction materials businessOur businessAdbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
