At NAB, we are investing and growing in our Merchant Services business in a multi-year program to bring market leading solutions capability to our customers in how the get paid. In building a leading business, we are also uplifting the way we bring our capabilities to our customers through our sales channels. We are on the lookout for top talent to join the business that combines might of Australia's biggest business bank with the speed and agility of a fintech.

**The role**:
In this newly created role within our Merchant Services Sales & Go to Market team, where you will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely analysis of sales and channel performance data and trends across our Merchant Domain. Your ability to dig, interpret and provide compelling data insights to our Sales, Product and Marketing stakeholders to ensure we achieve our growth and customer obsession, will ensure our business stays one step ahead of the game and understands what is happening in the market.

You will partner with the Merchant Services Sales and GTM Teams and cross functional stakeholders to capture, organise and effectively communicate channel and product sales performance across all customer touchpoints, unlocking opportunities to improve and competitive insights to help inform our sales and product strategies.

**What you will bring**:
Are you a curious Data Consultant who loves to tell a story from the data sets presented to you? Are you able to provide valuable performance insights and provide recommendations on how sales can be improved and enhanced? If this sound like you, we want to chat. We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills:

- Background in CRM (Salesforce), Sales data, SQL, Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel + PowerPoint) and data visualisation tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau
- Understanding of Financial/Fintech Products, channels, processes and data
- Proven experience in creating weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance/results.
- Experience in developing Sales forecast models and tracking
- Experience in performing regular market scans and competitive intelligence reporting
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
