**About the role**

As the Training Systems Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our training programs and will ensure that worker and workplace training needs are successfully achieved to the MinRes standards, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and compliant.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a new LMS and lead a small team of training system administrators. If you are passionate about adult learning, technology, and creating impactful training experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee Learning Management System and other training platforms, ensuring they are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define a clear and sustainable plan to ensure the adherence and governance of a new LMS.
- Work closely with a range of key stakeholders to ensure LMS effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide advice and support for training requirements, working closely with business leaders, delivering exceptional learning outcomes and customer service.
- Lead and mentor a team of training systems administrators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment whilst delivering on performance goals and objectives.
- Report on training performance using a data driven approach to inform decision making and to identify risks.
- Maintain and continually build on your knowledge of current trends in learning technology.

**About you**
- Tertiary level qualifications in the field of Human Resources, Organisational Development or similar
- Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, and/or Training
- Advanced leadership/people management experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams across multiple functions
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft products
