The role
- The person who fills this role will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to diners at Cugini's Fitzroy. They will need to work collaboratively with the back of house and front of house team to ensure that all food and service is delivered to the highest standards.

Role requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional people skills and social awareness.
- Must be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Have confidence when working under pressure.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Have the ability to learn and take on new tasks as required.
- Have a good base knowledge of Italian food.
- A current RSA certificate is required.
- Experience working in customer service or hospitality is essential.
