**The Company**

Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They have recently started a large project in Newcastle and due to an increased workload, they are looking at hiring a Surveyor.

**Duties**
- Set-out Surveying across general construction such as Road, Buildings, hydraulic services
- Asbuilt surveys, general set-out and compiling as-built plans for large construction sites involving Civil Infrastructure
- Completion of control surveys
- Concrete structures and set-out
- Compiling monthly production reports
- Reporting and Working closely on-site with the project manager and site manager
- QA/ITPs of works
- Recording and filling of data/plans/information

**Requirements**:

- Registered surveyor preferred (international equivalent acceptable)
- If not registered, degree or diploma qualified in surveying.
- 2+ years of construction set out and engineering
- 10d would be advantageous but not essential
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work harmoniously with construction teams, other trades services, builders, architects, structural engineers
- Strong ability to problem solve and work under pressure to work programmes
- High-level attention to detail
- Reliable and committed to ensuring our client's expectations are met
- Drivers license
- Construction industry white card
