Job DescriptionMirakl Solution Consultant (Marketplace Expert) Location: Melbourne, Australia Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experiencedMirakl Solution Consultant to drive successful marketplace implementations for retail & CPG clients.
You'll serve as the technical authority on the Mirakl platform, guiding customers through architecture design, integration, and scaling strategies to build high-performing marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Implementation Leadership Leadend-to-end Mirakl platform deployments from discovery to go-live Conductsolution design workshops to define marketplace architecture and feature adoption Advise onREST API integrations with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Magento) Mitigate risks by identifying technical gaps and proposing alternatives Strategic Growth & Optimization Post-launch: Identify expansion opportunities (international, omnichannel, new business models) Developreusable assets/templates to accelerate future implementations Serve as liaison between customers and Mirakl product teams to influence roadmap Technical Advisory Translate business requirements intodetailed technical specs (JSON/XML, CSV workflows) Guide development teams onMirakl best practices and integration patterns Stay current withMirakl feature releases and SaaS eCommerce trends Required Skills Must-Have: Expertise ineCommerce consulting (Retail/CPG focus preferred)Hands-onMirakl platform experience (implementations/integrations)Expertise withREST APIs and SaaS/PaaS architecturesProven ability to createtechnical blueprints and business requirements docsStrong stakeholder management (operational teams to C-level) Nice-to-Have: Experience withadditional eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP Hybris)Knowledge ofmarketplace business models (B2B2C, dropshipping)Certification inMirakl or related technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
