Exciting Joinery Apprenticeship opportunity in Wacol. We are eager to hear from you if you have an interest in woodwork, using a variety of machines and learning the design process of quality timber

Entry level opportunity with structured learning and on the job experience to secure a future career. NTHA in partnership with our host employer, a window and doors specialist is seeking an Apprentice to complete a Certificate III in Joinery while gaining on the job experience.

Our host employer works with some of Brisbane's finest Architects to produce timber windows and doors that are found in Southeast Queensland's luxury properties.

Learn from an experienced family run business who focuses on career progression and investing their time into your career with them to provide the highest quality joinery projects to homes. Priming timber, painting timber, learning different timber types & what they are used for, helping with deliveries, using power tools and much more is what your day-to-day would look like.

**What's involved?**
During the 48 month training contact you get to the learn the following:

- Select timbers and materials
- Measure and calculate quantities
- Use professional trade tools and equipment
- Construct timber external windows and door frames
- Learn to use and maintain machinery

**What's do you need?**
- A manual car licence to be able to drive the work truck
- White card
