**Our Client**

A relative new-comer to the CBD market, our client has quickly cemented their place by taking the mantle of No. 1 in the marketplace. Given their geographic location, they are specialists in apartments (mainly high-end), which means the property that you get to manage is lux in fit-out and usually maintained to an exceptionally high standard by astute landlords / investors - making your job that much more enjoyable

**Duties**

Working in a Pod of 3 alongside a Senior Property Manager and a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all day to day duties associated with the leasing of available properties for this CBD Agency.

In this role you will:

- Arrange and conduct inspections
- Coordinate Lease signing
- Compile new tenant packs
- and if you choose to flex your prospecting muscle, there is the ability to also do new business for additional commissions

**Specific requirements**

You will be provided as much support or autonomy as you need, but will require:

- 12 months experience in a similar role
- A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence, Car and drivers license
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Experience using PropertyMe & InspectRE preferred (but not essential)
- Able to work Monday - Saturday (with a day off during the week)
