Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rugby Coach located in Sydney, NSW.
The Rugby Coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, developing game strategies, and providing coaching during matches.
Day-to-day tasks include assessing player performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Rugby Union and Rugby
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven skills in training and sports coaching
Capability to develop and implement game strategies
Ability to assess player performance and provide constructive feedback
Experience in fostering a positive and competitive team environment
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is a plus
Relevant coaching certifications and licenses
