We are seeking an experienced **Assistant Manager** to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for assisting in leading the Front Office and Concierge teams.

**The Role**:

- Leading the check in, checkout experience with the Front Office team
- Lead the Front Office & Concierge team in enrolment of hotel loyalty program
- Effectively communicating with all other departments including maintaining the daily reports, and leading the operation briefings for the team
- Ensure a memorable experience for all guests, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
- Bringing energy and "can do" attitude to the Lobby and team

**Ideally you will have**
- Previous experience with Opera
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communications and listening skills
- The ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests essential
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Must have First Aid certificate
