The RoleOur family-owned workshop has immediate vacancies for Experienced Vehicle Dismantlers/Assemblers to join our team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Full-time Vehicle Dismantlers/Assemblers role includes the following tasks and duties:Disassembling and assembling vehiclesReassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processesRemoving damaged panels and parts, and removing upholstery and accessories to gain accessFitting repaired or replacement panels on vehicles and refitting body hardware such as door locks and trimsReplacing badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panelsAdvising supervisor if additional parts are requiredCleaning and tidying workshop equipment, parts and baysQualifications/RequirementsAutomotive labouring skills and knowledgeStrong commitment to working safelyGood attitude, with excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailReliable, hard working and a team playerSalaryAnnual Salary Range $58,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation - commensurate to skill set and experience.About the CompanyMach 1 Panel and Paint is Mornington Peninsula's finest automotive accident repairer.Opportunity for extra income with overtime available from time to time.
