Social Care Assistant

We're looking for a Social Care Assistant to join our supportive team at Lyrebird Village in Drouin and deliver lifestyle programs that bring joy, engagement, and purpose to the lives of our residents.
This position is a part time position working 10 - 5 on Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri and 10-230 on Tuesday.
Immediate start available.About the role: In this rewarding role, you'll: Facilitate individual, group and community-based lifestyle activities tailored to residents' preferences and needs.
Help develop and implement meaningful social care plans.
Support and coordinate volunteers.
Contribute to newsletters and communication for residents and families.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community where residents feel valued and respected.
