We have a unique and active out-of-office opportunity that whilst unconventional, might just be the right fit for you. This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to maintain their property management registration.

The Ian Hutchison Real Estate team in South Perth is looking for an enthusiastic individual to show our available rental properties to prospective tenants on Saturdays. The role would involve liaising with our team mid-week from home to determine the best properties to open for the weekend, then coming into the office on Fridays (at a suitable time) to collect keys and pointer signs for the following day.

Part of the role would also include putting out sales home open pointer signs in the morning for our sales team (but only in the local area), the pointer signs are collected by the sales reps.

At the end of the viewings, you will then need to come into the office to secure the keys and provide feedback to the property managers on viewings.
- Have a valid WA Property Management Registration
- Have their own car and drivers licence
- Be a friendly, team player and a go-getter

This roll is permanent part-time - 3 hours for the week (any time that suits) and 9am - 4pm on Saturday.

Duties to Include
- Showing rental properties to potential tenants
- Putting out home open pointer signs in the City of South Perth

**Benefits**:
