About the role

We currently have an opportunity at Calvary Central Districts Hospital, Elizabeth Vale SA, for an experienced Supply Officer to join our team. As a Supply Officer, you are responsible for the ongoing supply of stock and ordered goods to the hospital imprests. This is a multi-faceted role that includes working with all hospital departments. You will collaborate with suppliers and department staff to ensure the hospital has the goods and services required to operate as a leading health care provider.

**Your main duties will include**:
Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained with regular review of imprest.
Assisting with the accurate receipting, ordering, storage and timely delivery of goods.
Ordering of specialist supplies.

**About you**:
Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare environment is essential.
Knowledge of hospital consumables and suppliers.
Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience using an inventory management system such as Finance 1.
