With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 350 employees.

**What are we after?**

We are looking for some Leading Hands to take up position in our brand-new Packing Facility on a Wednesday to Saturday roster.

This role is the PERFECT entry into leadership with full internal leadership training provided to help further your career opportunities within the business.

**Key Accountabilities of the Role**:

- Operate a range of packing machines in accordance with daily orders
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use when required
- Report all issues to the Packing Supervisor
- Assist with cleaning and housekeeping activities
- Perform higher duties in the absence of the Packing Supervisor
- Assist the Packing Supervisor to manage workloads through supervision and delegation
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Dedication and appetite for growth
- Previous warehouse packing experience as an advantage

With our new Packing facility being constructed, we are starting to see more opportunities become available for our Production Department.
