**2x Merchandise/Brand Assistant - McLeod Accessories - Northgate QLD**
We are looking for someone who can multitask, work to tight deadlines and understands the importance of international brands and branding. You don't need to know about motorcycles or be a regular rider to be considered for or excel in this position; we've got plenty of passionate people to help you understand the many nuances of motorcycle riders and the industry. This is a full-time role based in our Northgate office.
**The Role**
We have two roles available. Reporting to one of two senior Brand Managers, you will support the wider Brand Management team across some of our largest brands - Shoei, Dririder, Dainese, HJC Helmets, Fly Racing, Argon and Bridgestone Tyres.
There will be a strong focus on administrative processes, warranty management and data analytics as well as creating marketing activities through our Marketing team. The product ranges include helmets, apparel and tyres over varying motorcycle disciplines and a range of customer demographics, which, like fashion, have a seasonal turnover.
- Regular reporting and pricing maintenance activities for vendors and senior management
- Ownership of the warranty process
- Product, pricing and database management
- Brief Wholesale Marketing team to fulfil regular marketing requirements
- Assist with event and promotional planning

- High level Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle several constantly changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with marketing principles or exposure to retail/trade marketing
- Able to work effectively without close supervision, with a flexible approach
- Retail experience desirable
- Studies in marketing/merchandise an advantage
