Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for a Manager Application Engineering (Appian) to join our team in Australia (Brisbane or remote).

We specialise in implementing modern business solutions and advising in business transformation initiatives across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Your role will be to use your extensive knowledge in Appian to deliver rapid, innovative solutions to our customers.

You will work in an agile environment as part of a multi-functional team on a variety of initiatives.This will enable you to rapidly develop your career in an area of high growth at the sharp end of business innovation and transformation.

**Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include**:

- Develop transformation strategies and work-plans for client operations.
- Design and implement BPM based solutions.
- Managing multiple project workstreams, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to client.
- Design and implementation of modules and App connectivity methods like Web API, SOAP requests with WSDLs.
- Support data migration, loading and conversion between data stores.
- Identify new business opportunities for project implementation and opportunities to cross-sell other product services.
- Responsible for managing client relationships and be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Appian
- Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
