**THE ROLE**:
we're looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join us No matter what your goals are in Real Estate sales we can provide an environment where you can achieve them. Our proven training systems, supportive leadership, supportive team, and superior technology have allowed experienced agents to earn more, live more or both.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Determination and Motivation
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience is beneficial but not a must.
- Strong prospecting abilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proven track record in meeting targets or deadlines desired.
- Current Real Estate certificate.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Utilising multiple lead generation processes to supplement your prospecting activity,
- Using industry-leading systems and technology,
- Learning RE industry best practices through leading training and development,
- Meeting customer requirements by leveraging our end-to-end service.
