An integral full time opportunity presents within our Forrestdale laser operations cutting team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the CNC laser cutting machine and other machinery
- Select and set up lenses based on material type and thickness, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- Work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities.
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Assemble items as instructed by shift leader or floor supervisor.
- Prepare product for shipment.
- Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually, or using hoist.

**Skills and attributes**:

- Experience operating a Fiber Laser Cutting machine
- Ability to load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Proven ability to lift raw materials, final products and items packed for shipment, manually or using forklifts
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be highly detail oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and willing to do overtime when required
- Be physically fit
