The Role We're seeking an architect with a passion for multi-residential projects and at least 5 years' relevant experience to join our studio.
The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, demonstrated through work leading multi-residential, residential, and commercial projects.
You're someone who approaches problem-solving with creativity and clarity, communicates with confidence and care, and thrives in a collaborative, hard-working studio environment.
A meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in ArchiCAD.
In this role, you'll work closely with the project director, clients, and the broader team, leading multi-residential projects.
Requirements Registered Architect 5+ years' relevant experience Extensive multi-residential expertise, including construction detailing and compliance Demonstrated experience leading project teams for housing, institutional and/or commercial projects Strong design sensibility Rigorous attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Strong understanding of materials, finishes, local suppliers, and construction methods Experience preparing full multi-residential documentation packages Excellent communication and presentation skills A collaborative mindset and self-motivated approach Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in ArchiCAD We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage a broad range of experiences in the studio.
