**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Deliver fast and efficient FOH (Front of House) service while enjoying the work
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality at all times
- Accurately handle EFTPOS and cash transactions
- Demonstrate high-standard barista skills using a commercial coffee machine
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
- Ensuring consistency and excellence in coffee quality

**Requirements & Skills**
- Must have a valid right to work in Australia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for food and coffee
- Maintain café operational standards and ensure product consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, positive attitude
- Engage with the team and contribute proactively to a welcoming community environment
- Proven experience as a barista in a busy café environment. Experience in an Australian cafe would be highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment

Pay: $24.10 - $31.23 per hour
