**THE COMPANY**

Little Dot Studios is an award-winning digital content agency located in UK, US, Europe and Australia Pacific and produce original branded content for 600 digital channels globally and delivering 6 billion organic views per month. We also produce a bespoke digital broadcast network of more than eighty channels across social platforms watched by over 400 million viewers in 2020.

Due to our growth in Australia, we are now looking for a NSW Sales Director to head the Sydney based team.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Head of Sales, ANZ, the NSW Sales Lead will be responsible for scaling and driving our YouTube-led digital advertising sales business forward.

You will own the NSW revenue target and deliver that through strategic sales planning and pipelines, immersing yourself in the sector and being a vital partner across agencies and trading desks in NSW.

You will grow and develop a team of Account Executives and role model your demonstrable success in relationship management, writing winning briefs and converting them to sales. You must be able to walk the talk and take great pride in _building the capability and success of those around you_.

You will be supported by an internal media planning and sales collateral team but will take accountability for company style compliance and reputation in NSW.
