**About the role**:
The Chaplain will provide quality person-centred Chaplaincy/ Pastoral Care that meets the needs of our residents, clients and their families, as well as our staff and volunteers, and is consistent with BaptistCare's Purpose and Values.

**The position is a** **Casual role as required supporting our residents and clients around** Canberra.**

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Preferred tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy or theology, and/or experience in chaplaincy and/or pastoral care
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart
- Active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian Church
- Chaplaincy or pastoral care experience
- Current checks, or willing to obtain WWCC, WWVP and NDIS checks
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary settings
- Willingness to undergo a police check
