We are now seeking an **Customer Employment Support Team Consultant** to join our team in Hindmarsh on a fixed-term, full-time basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Employment Support Team Manager, the Customer Employment Support Team Consultant is responsible for ensuring customers in post placement and ongoing support receive adequate person-centric support. This will be achieved through acting as a mentor and providing coaching to the Employment Support Consultants to help them deliver quality employment and education support to our customers within the Disability Employment Services portfolio. With a focus on compliance, you will work collaboratively with Maxima staff to identify and develop strategies to ensure customers achieve long term employment outcomes, along with contributing to reports and recommendations on future servicing and intervention initiatives.

**About You**

A true team player with a passion for quality service delivery, you will have experience in Disability Employment Services or in complex customer services environment providing recommendations on service development or improvements. Coupled with high attention to detail and the ability to monitor and process large volumes of data, you will have proven experience in coaching or mentoring (1:1 or group sessions) or the interpersonal skills to build relationships with a range of stakeholders to help them deliver a best in class service.

- Have previous experience as an Employment Consultant / Case Manager or a Post Placement Support Consultant

You must hold a national police clearance and relevant State/Territory working with children check or be willing to obtain.
