Lilypad Early Learning Centre, located in the Top Ryde Shopping Centre, is currently seeking casual educators to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to high-quality programs that reflect children's interests
- Maintain confidentiality of families, staff, and children
- Provide effective supervision of children
- Work effectively with teachers and educators, supporting them with daily practices, including routines and programming

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Previous experience working with children
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Regulations
- Capacity and willingness to work a range of shifts
- Demonstrated commitment to Lilypad Early Learning policies and procedures
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Approved Child Protection qualification

To Apply:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 38 per week
