Due to recent growth, Bubba Pizza Lilydale is looking to bring some new energetic people into a part of the Bubba Family

**Position(s) available**:
**1. Casual All-Rounder (junior)**
- No experience required
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to converse with the customer in a pleasing and well-spoken manner in person and over the phone.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Pizza making, cutting & other food preparation
- Taking orders in person and over the phone
- Store cleaning & tray washing
- You will work under the guidance of the store owner and a supervisor in completing day-to-day tasks in the store

**2. Shift Runner / All Rounder**
- We are looking for a true hospitality professional with a minimum of 0.5-1 years experience in a quality or high-volume establishment,
- Who is capable of running the store unsupervised
- Who has Leadership abilities

**What you'll be doing**:

- Pizza making, cutting & other food preparation
- Providing high-quality customer service in-store and over the phone
- Dough and food management
- Leading the store during a shift
- Training, coaching and staff management
- Store cleaning & tray washing
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Cash control and budgets

**Requirements**:

- A positive personality and a great attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Reliable and good team working spirit
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Due to the nature of the business **evening**, **weekend,** and **Christmas** **availability** is essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $33.68 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
