**Requirements for this role**:
2-3 years minimum of relevant work experience required for this role

Includes working weekends & will require you to do some cleaning too.

Working rights required for this role.

The ability to speak English & Spanish is a must.

You need an ABN, a reliable vehicle, a driver's licence and current police check or the ability to acquire one.

Must have the ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks and have good judgement.

This position requires someone with a LOT of flexibility as times will vary.

Do you have proven experience in Commercial Cleaning, an understanding of chemicals and cleaning equipment, induction of new cleaners or have comparable experience?

We are a Commercial Cleaning Company with 14 years' experience in servicing our Gold Coast clients.

**Key Responsibilities.**

Oversee day to day cleaning operations - including ensuring sufficient staff coverage across a variety of sites, especially over holiday periods**.**

Deliver induction to new cleaners, provide ongoing training and checking of ongoing jobs to ensure job is being completed according to the scope and contractual requirements.
