We are currently recruiting Swim Teachers, Advanced LTS/Junior Squad Teachers, Assistant Coaches and Deck Supervisors to join our team.

**Skills & Attributes**

- Availability to commit to an agreed schedule of shifts
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
- Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct LTS lessons and programs which meet the individual needs of participants
- Assess children's swimming capabilities
- Communicate with deck supervisors about swimmer's progression
- Make a lasting impact - become a role model and an inspiration

**Key Requirements**

**ESSENTIAL**
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety OR Swim Australia Teacher or be willing to obtain the qualification.
- Working with Children Check
- Current CPR

**DESIRABLE**
- AUSTSWIM Competitive Strokes or Swim Australia Competitive Strokes
- AUSTSWIM Access and Inclusion or Swim Australia Access and Inclusion
- Any other AUSTSWIM/ Swim Australia extension qualification
- Availability to work at least one shift on the weekend

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week

- Swimming Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
