Miss Pearl at Southbank Theatre is recruiting for dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our culinary team.

We are offering up to 20 hours per week with a mix of day and evening shifts.

**The Role**
- General washing up
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning

***About You**
- Prior hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Good communication skills
- Valid Australian working rights
