We are looking for a dedicated and experienced kitchen hand, logistic driver to join The Fresh Collective team in Brisbane.

Responsibilities include the safe delivery (in van with manual stick shift) of food and beverages to our many Brisbane clients, as well as hands on food preparation and cleaning duties to support our culinary brigade

***THE ROLE**

**As Driver**

Safe delivery and collection of food, beverage and equipment to events and functions as well as
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles and loading dock
- Maintain relevant administrative procedures

**As Kitchen Hand**

Basic kitchen duties as requested by the Head Chef, including:

- General washing up
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning
- Hourly casual pay rate

**About You**
- Excellent driving record and min 6 months experience driving a manual car
- Prior hands on experience in a professional kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week including weekends
- A responsible person who shows initiative
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Good communication skills
- In possession of valid Australian working rights and manual driving licence
