Painting Apprenticeship

The Role
Kestrel is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to commence or continue a Painting and Decorating Apprenticeship. This exciting opportunity provides a variety of experience within commercial, residential and decorative finishings. Projects include working in Government buildings, aged care facilities and new residential homes. Therefore, candidates must be willing to travel to different job sites across Albury, Wodonga and surrounding suburbs.
In addition to the vast exposure available for this role you will also:
Earn as you learn with a weekly wage that increases each year
Gain a nationally recognised qualification - Cert III in Painting and Decorating
Four years of mentoring and support from experienced experts in the industry
This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become qualified. As an Apprentice Painter, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards CPC30611 Certificate III Painting and Decorating which will see you employed directly by Kestrel through to completion.
Essential Criteria for this role:
Current Driver's License and transport
Hold or willing to obtain a police clearance and Working with Children Check
Covid Vaccine (required due to working environments such as aged care)
Able to commit to a four-year apprenticeship
White card prior to commencement
