Peut être responsable de territoires de vente de taille moyenne.texJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/territoryBuild relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all Radiology products & services within your radiology accountsRepresent GEHC Radiology and act as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated radiology accountsProvide on-going feedback to Product teams, Service, and MarketingLeverage cross functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contractsGrow GE HealthCare's share of customer investments in capital and operational expendituresDevelop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality interactions with customer managementBuild long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of your accounts to continue to add value, and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer satisfactionIn cooperation with Product and Marketing teams, drive GEHC radiology marketing events in assigned territoryBe aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each client's segmentLeverage Product Specialists, Service Account Managers and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to create a competitive differentiationCoordinate GE HealthCare team on assigned accounts to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectationsFollow all applicable GEHC policies, procedures and operating mechanisms.
Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as proposed by leadershipEnsure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences fieldPrevious experience in the Healthcare Industry, ideally in an Account Management positionAbility to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approachAbility to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organizationStrong capacity and drive to develop careerExcellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of EnglishAbility to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messagesDemonstrate organizational skillsStrong negotiation & closing skillsSolid presentation skillsAbility to travel both domestically and international where requiredValid motor vehicle licensePreferred Experience:Proven and progressive previous experience in sales/services/promotion to C-suite and technical decision makers e.g. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Facilities/Estates managers, Biomedical Engineers, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Anesthesiology, Radiology, Intensive care, Nuclear Physicists etc.)GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
