Overview
We are recruiting for a Store Manager based in Port Lincoln. This is a full-time permanent role focused on leading a customer-centric store operation and delivering the best possible experience for customers and team members.
Responsibilities
Further grow, develop and build a "customer centric" culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
Monitor and drive sales performance of the store
Lead, develop and motivate a team to meet their full potential
Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
Qualifications
Be passionate about all things BCF to inspire our team and customers
Have previous experience in managing and leading teams with exposure to retail operations
